Excavation and profiling are where a pavement is really built. Civil Brothers handles the dig-out, boxing, base preparation and compaction for new driveways and slabs — and profile milling (cold planing) of existing asphalt for resurfacing projects, where the old surface is precisely ground off to the exact depth the new layer needs.

Our modern equipment covers everything from tight residential access jobs to commercial sites — including night works on operating businesses, like the service-station profiling job pictured above.

Can you work around an operating business?

Yes — we regularly stage commercial works in sections and take on night works to keep sites trading.

Do you remove the spoil?

Yes, excavated material and milled asphalt are removed as part of the job.
